Beth Forbes BA, JD
Beth is a born and raised Calgarian. After studying English and Environmental Science in Victoria, BC she returned to Calgary to study Law. Beth articled in St. Paul, Alberta before moving to Westlock to begin practice as a solicitor.
Richard Forbes BSc JD
Richard grew up in Westlock County on a beef and grain farm. With a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alberta and having studied Law at the University of Calgary, he is a proud Albertan equipped with the problem-solving and advocacy skills to address your legal issues.
Ashlee Kirby BA, JD
Ashlee has experience working as both a criminal defence lawyer and crown prosecutor.
She obtained her law degree from the University of Victoria in 2019. While there, she served as an elected member of the University Senate and worked on a number of the University’s governing committees. She also interned at a large corporate law firm in Bangkok, Thailand.
Ashlee was raised in a small First Nation community in the Yukon. Prior to attending law school, she spent a number of years working in the trades industry as an electrician and later, as a plant operator in a coal mine. This assorted work experience and background enables her to approach problem solving with an awareness of differing perspectives, common sense, and practicality.
